A hands-on cooking night with Regina. You’ll make fresh gnocchi and homemade marinara from scratch, cooking side-by-side in the kitchen. Throughout the evening, the group will taste wines paired with the dish, and then sit down to enjoy the meal they created.

A warm winter workshop focused on simple, comforting food. The group will cook homemade soup and fresh bread together, step-by-step with Regina. Guests will taste selected wine pairing throughout the workshop, then enjoy the finished meal together.

A Valentine-style dessert class with Regina. You’ll prepare a flourless chocolate cake with raspberry glaze and chocolate-covered fruit, working together in the kitchen. Guests will enjoy Prosecco pairings throughout the evening and then sit down and enjoy the desserts they created.
